Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026  •  Last updated: January 1, 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as through our carrier onboarding form or by phone or email, including:

  • Contact details — name, company name, phone number, email address, mailing address
  • Carrier credentials — MC/DOT number, equipment type, fleet size, insurance and factoring information
  • Communications — messages, call notes, and documents you send us during onboarding or dispatch

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location, typically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3).

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Evaluate and process carrier onboarding applications
  • Match your equipment with freight opportunities and coordinate with brokers on your behalf
  • Prepare carrier packets, rate confirmations, and factoring paperwork
  • Communicate with you about your account, loads, or support requests
  • Maintain, secure, and improve our website and services
  • Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies & similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and comparable technologies for core functionality (such as remembering your cookie preference) and for basic analytics to understand how the site is used. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit, and you can change or withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site or adjusting your browser settings. Declining cookies will not affect your ability to submit the onboarding form or contact us.

4. SMS & call communications (TCPA)

If you provide your phone number and affirmatively check the SMS/call consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from us related to dispatch, onboarding, and account servicing, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice where applicable. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing or using any service — you may always reach us by phone or email instead. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or contact us using the details in Section 8. Opt-in data and consent for text messaging is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

5. How we share information

We share information only as needed to provide our services or as required by law, including with:

  • Freight brokers, for the purpose of setting up carrier profiles and booking loads you approve
  • Factoring companies you designate, to process invoices and payments
  • Service providers who support our operations (e.g., phone, email, and hosting providers), under confidentiality obligations
  • Regulators or authorities, where required to comply with law or a valid legal request

We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent records with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data retention & security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or de-identified. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices & rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below; we will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Minors under 18 should not submit information to us, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy.
